Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult in order to enter the facility. We consider an adult someone who is 18 years of age or older. We do not provide any supervision. Please keep adult supervision to 2 adults per paid child admission. Additional adults are $4 + tax.
Any admission coupons or related promotions that are actively running (based on expiration dates) are not available for redemption during any school holidays, statutory holidays, or weekends (passes from parties or related party coupons are exempt from this policy).
Special discount rates apply for eligible groups of 10+ children such as daycare providers, camps, clubs, schools, associations, caregiver programs, churches, sports teams end of season playgroup parties and corporate programs. Please confirm with us regarding your rate and eligibility as the discount will not apply for PD Days, school holidays, weekends, and other designated holidays or special event programming. We are a SOCKS ONLY facility for all children and adults. Please remember to bring your own socks. If you forget, we have socks available for purchase at front reception for $2 (tax included).

Please note we do not permit strollers in the facility due to safety reasons (they can be parked in our lobby only).
Outside food is permitted although please be peanut-free in consideration of other patrons and potential food sensitivities and allergies. Please note: we are NOT a nut-free facility! We do ask our patrons to be nut-free although we cannot effectively monitor and guarantee that foods entering our building are nut free. We do sell some products in the cafe which contain nut and/or trace nut product (these are not easily accessible to children; must be purchased by the parent/guardian).
NO group pizzas or cakes/cupcakes permitted in our cafe for a general admission party, playdate/get together, or celebration. One of our party packages must be purchased for group celebrations which includes a private party room (this is in order to allow for ample space in the cafe for general admission patrons to eat their food as well as to maintain cleanliness of our play structures and facility for everyone to enjoy).
We reserve the right to restrict certain foods being brought into the facility (such as visible nut products, no popcorn or cheesies for regular play). Thank you.
