ITEMS TO NOTE:
You are actually booking a party! This means all Playfit PARTY POLICIES will apply once you confirm and provide your payment in full (including a portion of that full payment being non-refundable). Please review the PARTY POLICES before booking. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to Playfit’s PARTY POLICIES when you book online.
ADDITIONAL TIME: If you are interested in additional time, you can select this option and Playfit will follow up with you to advise if it is possible. Please do not send out invitations with the time added in unless it has been confirmed with you by a Playfit representative. If available, the charge for the additional time will be added to your account and due the day of the party.
STATUS: Have you had a party at Playfit within the last 2 years, or are you a current VIP Member? You may be eligible for additional party perks! Be sure to select this option at time of booking. (All Status selections will be verified)
PIZZA ORDER: Can be changed up to 48 hours before your actual party date. Gluten free and Vegan cheese options are available. Please note these in the ‘notes’ section if needed.
ONCE YOUR PARTY IS SUBMITTED: Playfit will contact you only if you requested additional time to confirm availability and/or are a repeat host/current VIP member to confirm your perk selection. All other parties will be contacted the week of the party to confirm final details. However, feel free to give us a call at anytime to discuss your booking!
LAST MINUTE WEEKEND ROOM RENTALS: These are unable to be booked online. Please call Playfit to book: 519-623-5437
PRIVATE PARTIES: Can be reserved online and Playfit will connect with you regarding availability. No payment is required for this reservation request, but 50% payment will be due once confirmed.

Simply use the ‘forgot password’ feature when prompted and you will be sent an email to reset your password. We appreciate your patience as we transition to this new system.
