Package 4: Skyriders' Preschoolers' Bash
$389 + Tax (2.5 hours timeslot)
For larger celebrations that require our 1000 square foot private room; Priced for 35 guests (up to 15 children and 20 adults). Additional guests $11+tx (additional guest pricing is flexible based on total guest count, and other options chosen/customized options available; corporate packages also available).
Applicable to children turning 1, 2 or 3 years old or similar infant/toddler celebrations such as baptisms, playgroup parties, etc.
- Exclusive use of the fitness studio with adjacent washrooms
- Private play area set up in the room (foam shapes, blocks, small obstacle course and preschool appropriate toys)
- Use of stereo sound system to play music CDs or iPod
- Use of the main play structures and areas as well

Package 5: Weekday Party Bash (applies to Mon - Thurs parties)

- Same package as Mini Bash Package # 1 but for a lower weekday rate.
- This package is not available for any PD Days, school holidays, statutory holidays or any other designated holidays. Please call us to confirm availability.
Package 6: Weekday Party Room Rental Only (applies to Mon - Thurs parties or group get togethers/playdates)
$95 + Tax
- Flat rental rate for up to 8 children and 8 adults. Any additional children or adults are $8+ tax each. Infants (under 12 months) are $4+ tax.
- Room rental includes admissions for up to 8 children. Room is ready and set up (tables, number of chairs based on your booking).
- No food or drink are provided. No plates, or other party supplies offered in this package.
- You are welcome to bring in your own food, snacks, drinks and cake/desserts (please be nut-free with all of these items being brought into our facility; thank you). These items must remain in your party room at all times. Same Club policies and rules apply for this package as well.
- This package is not available for any PD Days, school holidays, statutory holidays or any other designated holidays. Please call us to confirm availability.
SPECIAL OFFER: Come back and play often after the party's done! ANY Memberships and Frequent Players Pass Packages purchased during your party, will receive 15% off the regular price. This applies to you and your party guests to be purchased the date of your party.
Birthday Invitations included with all packages at no additional cost.
All party reservations require a signature or email approval in order to complete your booking and secure your child's party timeslot. Your sign-off will acknowledge that you have read and understand all of our policies and rules, and will abide by them, otherwise your credit card will be charged for any fees applicable, in case of any violation(s).
A valid credit card is required for booking for security purposes. If this is not provided, full pre-payment of the party package is necessary at time of booking - thank you. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party timeslot (this can be paid by cash, debit, visa, or mastercard).
Cake is available as an ADD-ON OPTION: Regular cake or cupcake cake is $30+ tax. Themed cake or cupcake cake is $40+ tax.
Other Important Items & Policies:
- All food, drinks, balloons, decorations, loot bags, gifts, toys, and party items to remain in your party room at all times.
- Socks must be worn by all party guests, regardless of age; all children and adults.
- No pinatas, confetti, and mini streamers in the facility. No sharp objects on clothing, no jewelry, no costumes or facepainting permitted in or near the play structures.
- Music can only be played in 2 of our party rooms. Please inquire with a staff member to confirm this option for your party, if available.
- All decorations that are brought in must be taken down and removed after your reserved timeslot. We do not provide decorations.
- Outside cake/cupcakes/party desserts only permitted with a party package purchased. General admission (no party booked) may not bring these items into the facility. Please respect our nut aware policy (bring only peanut-free items please).
- NO OUTSIDE PIZZA permitted. All pizza is provided by Cambridge Pizza at PLAYFIT Kids Club which we order for you based on your party package reserved. If outside pizza is brought in, the party child's parent/guardian will have a $25 violation fee applied to their final party bill.
- Packages which include pizza, will be eating their pizza 1 (one) hour into their party timeslot reserved (i.e., 11:30 - 1:30pm party, pizza is delivered at 12:30pm).
- Any outside side dishes/food brought in must be eaten in the party room from 1 (one) hour into the party timeslot reserved, in order to minimize the chances of children vomiting while playing afterward.
- Please use parking behind our building and the south side for additional parking spaces (our lot near Casa Greek/Tim Horton's). The gravel parking lot behind Arby's is also available for your convenience. Thank you for not parking in Arby's main parking lot.
- Party guests under the age of 12 months are not included in your package count; although each is $4+tax.
- Please respect our 1:1 child to adult ratio for parties. We will do our best to accommodate although we reserve the right to restrict entry for adults over this ratio and/or charge an additional fee (adults are included in our building's occupancy load regardless of whether they are playing with their children in the facility or not). Thank you for ensuring that we can allow entry for as many children as possible to play safely in our facility.
- If your party reaches more than 20 children OR 20 adults expected, you will be required to upgrade your party to the fitness studio for an additional fee (in order to maintain fire safety and capacity in our party rooms and passageways).
- No strollers in the facility due to safety precautions.
All parties are 2-hour timeslots unless otherwise booked at an additional cost ($30 for half hour, $50 for 1 hour). You have access to your private party room during that 2-hour timeslot but must clear out your belongings during the last 10 minutes of your timeslot in order for our staff to clean up/prepare the room for the next reserved party. If you have not cleared out of your room at the end of your 2-hour timeslot, a $25 fee will be applied to your final bill.
The party parent(s)/guardian(s) and their guests are to be at the facility for only the 2-hour party timeslot booked (or longer if you have reserved for a longer timeslot). Your admission is based on the timeslot purchased due to other parties being reserved and general admissions / facility capacity and safety taken into consideration. We reserve the right to have you and your guests leave the facility after your timeslot is over. Generally, the birthday child and parent(s)/guardian(s) are permitted to stay, although other party guests need to leave. Please respect this appointment-based protocol. We appreciate your cooperation.
It is the sole responsibility of the birthday child's parents/guardians to supervise the children at their reserved party, unless a guest's parents/guardians have chosen to stay on the premises to supervise their own child(ren). PLAYFIT Kids Club is not responsible for supervising any children during parties and shall not be held liable. Each parent/guardian must sign-in and sign an acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability before their child enters the facility. Management and staff reserve the right to not allow entry or drop-off of a child at a party if the parent/guardian does not agree to sign-in / follow this policy. We aim to ensure each child has a safe and happy experience at PLAYFIT Kids Club.

We also offer parties for corporate events, schools, daycares, clubs, associations, christmas parties, and private functions; 5 party rooms, 1 large multipurpose room (1000 square feet) available and full facility rental available. Total capacity for 150 people.
We also offer Zumba or DrumFIT fitness classes as an additional part of your child's birthday party! These classes are based on availability of the fitness studio and instructor(s). Please call ahead for availability and pricing.
